HWA organized to celebrate United Nations Day on 22nd October 2020, Thursday. HWA students begun setting up their classrooms for the exhibition at 10.45 am and the event began after lunch at 12.00pm to 2.15pm.
The theme for this year is the International Year of Plant Health: Protecting Plants, Protecting Life. Therefore, the students conducted the exhibitions with their classmates on topics relating to plants for food, pests, and plant health. With this, the students have learnt how protecting plant health affects globally in the well being of the population and the environment.
