On Saturday, March 8, HWA hosted its first Open House of the year at our City Campus, creating an enriching and engaging experience for prospective families. The event coincided with International Women’s Day, making the occasion even more special. Parents explored our vibrant learning environment, received a thoughtfully prepared goodie bag, and, in honor of the day, every woman was gifted a fresh flower as a token of appreciation.
Designed exclusively for K1-G3 students, the City Campus provided children with an opportunity to experience interactive learning firsthand. Young learners immersed themselves in engaging classroom activities, from listening to captivating stories and enjoying a mini shopping experience to solving fun math challenges. These hands-on activities offered a glimpse into HWA’s inquiry-based approach to education.
Following the experiential sessions, our Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator introduced parents to the IB curriculum, shedding light on the daily student experience and how our holistic education nurtures academic excellence, creativity, and global-mindedness.
We warmly invite you to join us for our next Open House on March 22 at our One North Campus, dedicated to students from G4-G12. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain deeper insights into our unique bilingual and multicultural education system. Don’t miss out—we look forward to welcoming you!
