HWA International School’s annual Sports Day took place with great enthusiasm and spirit, bringing together students, teachers, and parents for a vibrant morning of athletic challenge and collaborative fun.
The day kicked off with running races that tested endurance and speed, followed by high-energy matches of beach soccer and beach volleyball. The highlight of the event was the exciting Obstacle Course—where students, teachers, and parents teamed up to overcome physical and strategic challenges, showcasing true sportsmanship and community spirit.
Beyond the physical activities, Sports Day reflected the core values of IB education. Students had the opportunity to build resilience, demonstrate leadership, and strengthen interpersonal skills through real-world experiences. Whether it was strategizing with teammates or cheering on peers, every moment offered valuable lessons in collaboration, communication, and perseverance.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the teachers and parents who actively participated and supported the students. Your presence made the event even more meaningful and created lasting memories for the entire HWA community.
As one student shared, “It wasn’t just about winning—it was about learning, growing, and having fun together.”
