International Baccalaureate Middle Years Exchange Program (IB-MYP Exchange)
MYP Exchange Program will ensure holistic learning and intercultural awareness. They are provided with opportunities to develop rich personal, academic, and cultural identities. The skills and attitudes he/she gained from the course will better prepare him/her to engage the global challenges.
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate attributes of an internationally minded learner:
inquiries, knowledgeable, thinkers, communications, principled, open-minded, caring, risk- takers, balanced and reflective attributes which are necessary for an active, compassionate lifelong learner in the local, national and global communities. - Demonstrate developmentally appropriate competencies for research, critical and creative thinking, collaboration, communication, managing information, and self-assessment.
- Become more globally engaged through multilingualism, intercultural understanding, and developmentally appropriate explorations of local and global contexts.
- Demonstrate conceptual learning from a range of disciplines within subject groups and build new interdisciplinary understanding.
